Walter Robbins Bowman, BME, MSBA, PMP®, is the Executive Director (Emeritus) of the PMCentersUSA. He has almost forty years of experience in project and executive management of high technology and business projects in industry and academia. His experience spans placing cameras on the moon, building and modifying nuclear power plants, process control system design and construction, engineering services, software system development and implementation, and development and administration of educational programs. Formerly, he held the position of Assistant Director of Continuing Education at a Pittsburgh area college where he developed a graduate curriculum in project management. An active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Walter is a certified Project Management Professional, a former member of PMI's Board of Directors and a past president of the PMI Educational Foundation.
	Joseph Lukas, PMP®, is the Vice President and Senior Instructor for PMCentersUSA and has been involved in project management for over 30 years on projects for product development, business process, manufacturing, capital construction and information systems. His experience includes work as a Business Analyst, with the largest project being a portfolio information management system for a global company. PMI awarded Joe certification in 1992 as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and he earned certification by AACE in 1994 as a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE).  Joe graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University, and received his Professional Engineer license in 1979. 	Peter J. Freymark, Ph. D., has been in the field of project management for over 40 years, and has been involved in many diverse projects both nationally and internationally. Dr. Freymark is a Senior Program Manager who brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of custom-engineered capital projects, biomedical projects, and healthcare projects. He has built his reputation on his hands-on approach to the implementation and integration of solutions for worldwide companies. Dr. Freymark attended Fridericiana Technical University in Karlsruhe, Germany, for some of his undergraduate career and ultimately attained his undergraduate, Master's degree, and Ph.D. from Karl Franzens University in Austria.
	Tom Seeley, Ph.D., PMP®, has worked in the nuclear power plant engineering and construction industry for more than 30 years, heading up projects of increasing significance and magnitude. Most notably, he worked with Westinghouse at the U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site in South Carolina as a project manager, where he remained until 1999. There he wrote some of the DOE's first project plans. During his tenure, Mr. Seeley was active in the development and implementation of the company's in-house project management training program, as well as the management of numerous projects. He was involved in projects ranging from the installation of environmental monitoring to fire protection upgrades, to the design and construction of a $100 million closed-cycle cooling system. He also served as Project Controls Lead for a segment of a $100 million nuclear plant modernization project in Sweden, and as Deputy Project Manager of a $400 million facility related to nuclear defense. Mr. Seeley holds a B.A. in physics from Kalamazoo College, and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University. He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and has been affiliated with the American Nuclear Society (including its public information committee) and the National Management Association.
	John I. Barron, PMP®, is a Senior Instructor and Program Consultant for PMCentersUSA. He has over 25 years of project and program management experience encompassing government and private projects, project management consulting, and professional development training. John has extensive experience in the strategic and tactical management of small, medium-sized, and multimillion dollar projects in various organizations and industries. A recognized expert and noted lecturer and trainer in project management, John has developed and implemented extensive project management professional development training programs for the United States Department of Defense, the State of California, and George Washington University. John is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He received his Bachelor of Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and his Master of Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
	David R. Dunbar, PMP®, is an Instructor and Senior Consultant for PMCentersUSA. He has over twenty-five years experience in information systems project management, solutions development, and technology applications and support. Dave’s experience has primarily been in the process control, business application, and metals production support arenas. He has successfully managed several multi-million dollar projects involving such diverse areas as payroll, materials inventory, manufacturing control, production control, quality assurance, web-based executive information and management systems. He has also been actively involved in conducting professional development training courses in project management and project estimating for information technology professionals. Dave is a PMI certified Project Management Professional. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California, Pennsylvania and his Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
	Linda Schumacher, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA. She has over 20 years of business and project management experience across a broad range of industry sectors ranging from small businesses to large organizations. She has been involved in consulting, coaching, and training in project management in all aspects of business enterprises, including marketing, product development, accounting, information systems, inventory management, regulatory compliance, sales, and operations. A recognized lecturer, author, and consultant in project management, Linda is the author of Ready, Set, Succeed! How Successful Projects Triumph over Business as Usual, published by Carscallen Press in 2004. Linda is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
	Timothy J. Lowe, Ph.D., is a professor at the Pennsylvania State University and the former C. Maxwell Stanley Professor of Production Management at the college of Business Administration, University of Iowa, where he held the position of Director of the College's Manufacturing Productivity Center. Dr. Lowe’s teaching and research interests lie in the areas of operations management and management science. He has served on the faculties of the University of Florida and Purdue University, where he served as the Director of Doctoral Programs and Research for the Krannert Graduate School of Management. Dr. Lowe has considerable experience in executive education both in the U.S. as well as overseas.  In addition to his academic experience, Dr. Lowe has worked as a project/process engineer for the Exxon Corporation, and currently serves as a mentor/consultant for several other U.S. corporations. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from Iowa State University and his Ph.D. in operations research from Northwestern University.
	Richard E. Wendell, Ph.D., is a Professor of Business Administration at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Research at Northwestern University and has previously served on the faculties of the Ohio State University, Carnegie-Mellon University, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  Dr. Wendell has authored or coauthored about 50 publications in the area of decision technologies. His work includes a number of conceptual contributions in optimization and a variety of applications (two of which are highlighted in current texts.) Dr. Wendell now serves as chair-elect of the Financial Services Section of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.  At the Joseph M. Katz School, he was twice elected by the faculty to serve as chair of the School's Executive Committee. Dr. Wendell has extensive experience in executive education at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and has taught in programs at a number of companies.
	Bruce Chadbourne, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA with over 30 years of experience in the project management field.  Bruce has a vast history in independent assignments, providing support to executive management in technical domains including shipyard/ industrial environment, nuclear engineering, chemistry, software/hardware engineering, information technology, government/military sensors, and communications systems.  Bruce is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and one of the first to complete the Program Management Professionals (PgMP) credential.  As former Region 1 Director of the PMI Risk SIG, he coauthored the book Professional Guide to Risk Assessment (2004).  He is an honors graduate from Cornell University with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
	Mark Cheek, PMP®, SCJP, is an Instructor and Consultant for PMCentersUSA. He has over ten years of project-based experience in information systems and project management. Since earning his Master of Information Systems with distinction from Carnegie Mellon, he has been involved in all aspects of information systems development.  His project experience covers several sectors, including finance, insurance, healthcare and retail, along with experience in one of the "Big Five" consulting firms.  Mark is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java2 Platform. He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, his Master of Education in Cross Cultural Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh, his Master of Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, and his Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
	Mark Chism, PMP®, is a Senior Instructor for PMCentersUSA. He has over 15 years' experience in managing multiple large-scale projects and recovering troubled projects. Mark’s project management experience has enabled him to work in the financial services, IT, and software development industries while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specifications. He has a blend of strong technical and interpersonal skills, which creates a strong foundation fro leadership and communications.  Mark is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since May 2001 and has held numerous roles within PMI and the local PMI Nashville Chapter.  Mark graduated from Florida, State University in Tallahassee, Florida and is working his way through Middle Tennessee State University.
	Jim Kirk, J.D, is a Senior Instructor for PMCentersUSA. With over thirty-five years of experience in contract and risk management, legal counseling, and negotiations, Jim brings a wealth of practical experience and legal knowledge to the discipline of project management. He has prepared and presented numerous seminars for project managers, engineers, and executives in both in-house and public venues. Jim received his B.A. in Philosophy from St. Bonaventure University in 1960, and his J.D. from Duquesne University Law School in 1965, where he was also Associate Editor of the Duquesne Law Review.
	Stephen Kolesar, PMP®, is an Instructor and Consultant for PMCentersUSA with over 30 years of experience in senior and executive management in the electronics and telecommunications industries. Since 2004, Stephen has focused on private consulting and training in project management, manufacturing operations, quality, business leadership, and communication. His extensive project and program management experience, together with his knowledge of theory and practice, provide a well-rounded and pragmatic view of project management, which he is able to provide to students by matching theory with real-world practical examples. Stephen received his B.S. in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University, his Ph. D. in Materials Science from Northwestern University, and served as Visiting Assistant Professor at Michigan Technological University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and a Certified Quality Manager and Quality Auditor through the American Society for Quality.
	Lee Lambert, PMP®, is a Senior Instructor for PMCentersUSA. He has over 40 years of project and program experience in government and private projects as well as project management consulting and professional development training experience.  Lee has trained over 40,000 students in 22 countries on the value added by project management and its tools and techniques. Lee has served as the President of the Central Ohio PMI Chapter, was a Charter Member of the original committee that developed and implemented the PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Program in 1981, and served as a member of PMI’s Project Management Curriculum Accreditation Committee in 1984. In 1995, Lee was honored with PMI’s Distinguished Contribution Award for his many contributions to both PMI and the project management profession.
	David Boyd, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA with over 25 years of professional experience in managing large projects in both the public and private sectors.  This experience has included convention center location, binding arbitration, assisting clients in bankruptcy, process re-engineering, implementing packaged software solutions, and large custom system engagements.  He is a regular speaker at professional conferences and has been a guest lecturer in other programs at Carnegie Mellon for the past five years.  A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), David is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
	Robert W. Railey, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA with over 20years of experience in information technology and project management.  Within the area of project management, Robert has strength in creating, adapting, and implementing various methodologies to ensure success and compliance.  He believes that the foundation for success is lifelong learning. Robert is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is also a Novell Certified Network Engineer. Robert received a Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Phoenix.  While serving in the US Army National Guard, Robert was awarded the Army Commendation Medal as well as the Army Achievement Medal (1993) for outstanding performance and leadership.
	Vijay Senadhi, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA. He has over 10 years of practical experience in information technology project and program management and has taught information technology and project management extensively in both in academic and professional development programs. Vijay is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  He received his Master's of Science and Ph. D. in Computational Sciences, and worked at Temple University as an Assistant Professor in the Fels Research Institute from 1992-1998.
	Maureen Stankay, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA. She has 19 years of Information Technology experience, with 16 of those years in management and leadership roles.  Maureen’s managerial skills lend themselves to interpersonal and problem-solving areas.  Maureen also has strong presentation and facilitation skills in project management methodology and other related professional disciplines.  She currently is fulfilling the responsibilities of an MIS E-Commerce Application Manager, which includes providing development and support for three major applications, and personnel management. Maureen is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2002 and served on the PMI Pittsburgh Chapters Education Committee in 2002, conducting two PMP review sessions for the Pittsburgh PMI Chapter. 	Ty Tabernik, PMP®, is a Senior Instructor for PMCentersUSA. He has experience as Director of Information Technology for Fortune 1000 companies, as well as managing skilled resources in Document Management, technology-based systems development, and systems implementation.  Ty has worked in three main capacities:  Management Consulting, Manufacturing Systems Consulting, and Business Systems Development. Ty is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is also associated with APICS (the Association for Operations Management), and the Association for Computing Machinery. Ty is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS. He has over 20 years ofexperience in project management in such areas as billing software development.  Brian’s project management experience typically includes projects with over $1 million, taking over 1,000 hours and spanning the nation.  He has become proficient in managing seven projects at one time, taking on responsibilities that include everything from business requirements to project closings. 	J. David Moake, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA who has over 20 years of experience in the field of Project Management. David has leveraged his vast experience to focus on the design and implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO). Since 1988, David has made significant contributions in establishing project management methodologies to improve and maintain the consistency and efficiency of various companies in the fields of technology, construction, finance, marketing, operations, and human resources.  David has led, taught, and motivated both national and international teams on newly designed and established processes.  He has extensive experience in the area of customer service, where his efforts led to increased customer satisfaction while lowering recovery costs.  David holds a BA degree from National Louis University and an M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University in Georgia.  He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification.
	Susan Felton, CBAP®, has over 15 years of increasing responsibility in data processing systems analysis, design, and programming experience in a variety of industries and applications, as well as experience in full project management life cycle, from inception and design through implementation and ongoing support. Susan is the founder and owner of an independent consulting firm providing Information Technology consulting and graphic design for a wide range of small and medium-size companies.  This profitable business has provided consulting services including package software selection/implementation, Internet-based applications design, website management, digital photo restoration, graphic design for Internet sites, and conversion of non-digital art to digital mediums. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration/ Finance from Duquesne University.
	Richard Clare, PMP®, CBAP®, is the Business Analysis Practice Director and a Senior Instructor for PMCentersUSA, with over 15 years of experience in the Systems/Business Analysis field and over 18 years of experience as a technical lead/trainer.  Rick developed the Business Analysis training materials for PMCentersUSA in accordance with the newly created International Institute of Business Analysis, the IIBA.  These courses are in alignment with A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.  He also created an additional course, "Technical Skills for Business Analysts - An Examination of the Technical Skills" needed to Properly Interact with the Development Team, which highlights the BA’s role as a conduit between two worlds, that of the business staff and the developers that will actually implement the solution.  Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  He is an Oracle Certified Professional and has had extensive training in both Oracle and UNIX.
	Larkey J. Miller, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA. She has over 25 years of experience as a line manager and program director in the naval nuclear propulsion program. Her project and program management experience include leadership assignments in the design, engineering, testing, and construction of naval nuclear propulsion plant systems. She has also been responsible for the coaching and training of engineering professionals and management in the areas of leadership and project management. Ms. Miller holds B.A. and M.S. degrees in chemistry, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business, and a Duquesne University Management Certificate. 	Tom Harvey, PMP®, an Instructor for PMCentersUSA, has over 15 years experience in systems analysis, project management, and training.  Tom’s vast training experience includes work with the Michael Baker Corporation as Training and Project Manager. His responsibilities include curriculum development, delivery method selection, instructional design, and management systems. Tom has experience in the delivery of training and instructional materials for both internal and external customers, while continually evaluating training and instructional effectiveness. 	John Brand is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA with over 31 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the information technology arena.  He has served in a wide range of positions, beginning as a Systems Analyst specializing in the development of application software functional requirements, to Manager of a Business Process Consulting Group.  Along the way, he also managed several projects major projects.  John’s Business Analyst experience covers a wide range of areas.  He has experience in all the Business Knowledge Areas currently defined by the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA).  John is a member of the IIBA.  His academic accomplishments include an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, and an Associate in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
	Theresa L. Cochenour, PMP®, an Instructor for PMCentersUSA, has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry managing large, complicated applications.  Theresa’s project management experience includes managing large groups with significant budgetary responsibilities, as well as acting as the project manager for several successful key projects with significant time and cost constraints.  While successfully attaining goals of cost saving and revenue generation, Theresa developed a reputation for a practical approach to problem resolution and building cooperation within teams.  Theresa is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She graduated magna cum laude with Honors in Mathematics from Waynesburg College, Pennsylvania.
	Linda Valentine, PMP®, has 10 years experience in all areas of IT project management, from project inception onward, including staffing, business analysis, project plan development, testing and user acceptance, end-user documentation, systems production implementation, and end-user support.  Linda has a B.S. in Business Administration and her graduate degree in Management Information Systems from Duquesne University.  She became PMP certified in 2003.
