Walter Robbins Bowman, BME, MSBA, PMP®, is the Executive Director (Emeritus) of the PMCentersUSA. He has almost forty years of experience in project and executive management of high technology and business projects in industry and academia. His experience spans placing cameras on the moon, building and modifying nuclear power plants, process control system design and construction, engineering services, software system development and implementation, and development and administration of educational programs. Formerly, he held the position of Assistant Director of Continuing Education at a Pittsburgh area college where he developed a graduate curriculum in project management. An active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Walter is a certified Project Management Professional, a former member of PMI's Board of Directors and a past president of the PMI Educational Foundation.

Joseph Lukas, PMP®, is the Vice President and Senior Instructor for PMCentersUSA and has been involved in project management for over 30 years on projects for product development, business process, manufacturing, capital construction and information systems. His experience includes work as a Business Analyst, with the largest project being a portfolio information management system for a global company. PMI awarded Joe certification in 1992 as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and he earned certification by AACE in 1994 as a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE). Joe graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University, and received his Professional Engineer license in 1979. Peter J. Freymark, Ph. D., has been in the field of project management for over 40 years, and has been involved in many diverse projects both nationally and internationally. Dr. Freymark is a Senior Program Manager who brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of custom-engineered capital projects, biomedical projects, and healthcare projects. He has built his reputation on his hands-on approach to the implementation and integration of solutions for worldwide companies. Dr. Freymark attended Fridericiana Technical University in Karlsruhe, Germany, for some of his undergraduate career and ultimately attained his undergraduate, Master's degree, and Ph.D. from Karl Franzens University in Austria.

Tom Seeley, Ph.D., PMP®, has worked in the nuclear power plant engineering and construction industry for more than 30 years, heading up projects of increasing significance and magnitude. Most notably, he worked with Westinghouse at the U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site in South Carolina as a project manager, where he remained until 1999. There he wrote some of the DOE's first project plans. During his tenure, Mr. Seeley was active in the development and implementation of the company's in-house project management training program, as well as the management of numerous projects. He was involved in projects ranging from the installation of environmental monitoring to fire protection upgrades, to the design and construction of a $100 million closed-cycle cooling system. He also served as Project Controls Lead for a segment of a $100 million nuclear plant modernization project in Sweden, and as Deputy Project Manager of a $400 million facility related to nuclear defense. Mr. Seeley holds a B.A. in physics from Kalamazoo College, and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University. He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and has been affiliated with the American Nuclear Society (including its public information committee) and the National Management Association.

He has over 25 years of project and program management experience encompassing government and private projects, project management consulting, and professional development training. John has extensive experience in the strategic and tactical management of small, medium-sized, and multimillion dollar projects in various organizations and industries. A recognized expert and noted lecturer and trainer in project management, John has developed and implemented extensive project management professional development training programs for the United States Department of Defense, the State of California, and George Washington University. John is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He received his Bachelor of Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and his Master of Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.

Dave’s experience has primarily been in the process control, business application, and metals production support arenas. He has successfully managed several multi-million dollar projects involving such diverse areas as payroll, materials inventory, manufacturing control, production control, quality assurance, web-based executive information and management systems. He has also been actively involved in conducting professional development training courses in project management and project estimating for information technology professionals. A recognized lecturer, author, and consultant in project management, Linda is the author of Ready, Set, Succeed! How Successful Projects Triumph over Business as Usual, published by Carscallen Press in 2004. Linda is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Timothy J. Lowe, Ph.D., is a professor at the Pennsylvania State University and the former C. Maxwell Stanley Professor of Production Management at the college of Business Administration, University of Iowa, where he held the position of Director of the College's Manufacturing Productivity Center. Dr. Lowe’s teaching and research interests lie in the areas of operations management and management science. He has served on the faculties of the University of Florida and Purdue University, where he served as the Director of Doctoral Programs and Research for the Krannert Graduate School of Management. Dr. Lowe has considerable experience in executive education both in the U.S. as well as overseas. In addition to his academic experience, Dr. Lowe has worked as a project/process engineer for the Exxon Corporation, and currently serves as a mentor/consultant for several other U.S. corporations. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from Iowa State University and his Ph.D. in operations research from Northwestern University.

Richard E. Wendell, Ph.D., is a Professor of Business Administration at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Research at Northwestern University and has previously served on the faculties of the Ohio State University, Carnegie-Mellon University, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Dr. Wendell has authored or coauthored about 50 publications in the area of decision technologies. His work includes a number of conceptual contributions in optimization and a variety of applications (two of which are highlighted in current texts.) Dr. Wendell now serves as chair-elect of the Financial Services Section of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences. At the Joseph M. Katz School, he was twice elected by the faculty to serve as chair of the School's Executive Committee.
Dr. Wendell has extensive experience in executive education at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and has taught in programs at a number of companies.

Bruce Chadbourne, PMP®, is an Instructor for PMCentersUSA with over 30 years of experience in the project management field. Bruce has a vast history in independent assignments, providing support to executive management in technical domains including shipyard/ industrial environment, nuclear engineering, chemistry, software/hardware engineering, information technology, government/military sensors, and communications systems. Bruce is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and one of the first to complete the Program Management Professionals (PgMP) credential. Richard Clare, PMP®, CBAP®, is the Business Analysis Practice Director and a Senior Instructor for PMCentersUSA, with over 15 years of experience in the Systems/Business Analysis field and over 18 years of experience as a technical lead/trainer. Rick developed the Business Analysis training materials for PMCentersUSA in accordance with the newly created International Institute of Business Analysis, the IIBA. These courses are in alignment with A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge. He also created an additional course, "Technical Skills for Business Analysts - An Examination of the Technical Skills" needed to Properly Interact with the Development Team, which highlights the BA’s role as a conduit between two worlds, that of the business staff and the developers that will actually implement the solution. Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is an Oracle Certified Professional and has had extensive training in both Oracle and UNIX.
