Subject Matter Expert: Kathy Ridley, PMP®

Kathy Ridley has over 20 years experience in managing projects. Her specialty is troubled projects where she gets to utilize her creative skills. She believes that developing your creativity is the KEY to project success. Combining both her passions creativity and project management, she is now conducting workshops that will teach others how to improve their project work and personal life.    She is a certified project manager and president of the Project Management Institute of Houston with over 20 years of worldwide project leadership and experience; she is an expert at getting troubled projects back on track.  She has spent time endulging her creative side by learning various art techniques from painting and drawing to inspirational journaling.  Her workshops are inspiring and fun; focusing on how to generate ideas and bring forth innovation in your projects.
