Get Off On the Right Foot With a WBS

This webinar will discuss how to create an effective and correct Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Too often Project Managers don’t take the time to create a WBS, which makes preparation of the schedule and budget more problematic. Guidelines for creating a WBS will be covered, along with actual good and bad examples.
