5-Day Advanced Project Management Skills Track
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
This track is intended for individuals looking for advanced project management skills training. Attendees should have a solid understanding of and competency in the generally accepted best practices of project management.
The 5-Day Advanced Project Management Skills Track incorporates three advanced courses: Effective Scheduling Techniques, Managing Multiple Projects and Turning Around Problem Projects, and three evening seminars that will cover business case analysis, advanced risk analysis and working with a virtual team.
