An Intensive Exam Preparation Course for PMP® Certification
Many organizations use the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) credential as the standard to judge competency in the field of project management. Successful candidates must demonstrate general education, project management education and relevant project experience in order to qualify to take the exam.
This five-day, 35-hour course meets PMI's educational requirement for taking the PMP exam. This boot camp is designed around the nine knowledge areas of project management identified by PMI: Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communications, Risk and Procurement Management. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be prepared with the knowledge and techniques that are needed to pass the exam.
