In the virtual training format, PMCentersUSA offers three tracks toward professional development in project management and three non-track classes focused on scheduling, negotiating and understanding personality styles.
Virtual training is a great option for companies with multiple locations worldwide. The classes below are open to everyone. However, PMCentersUSA can customize and virtually deliver all classes privately for companies as well. For more information on private training, click here.
The Effective Techniques Class Series consists of three focused courses in project management. These courses focus on three critical performance areas for effective projects - scheduling, negotiating and working with different personality styles. When our program is completed, students receive a certificate of completion from PMCentersUSA, which designates that they have been successful in their study of project management at this level.
The Master's Certificate Track consists of six focused courses in project management. When our program is completed, students receive a Master's Certificate from PMCentersUSA, which designates that they have been successful in their study of project management at this level.
The PMP® Certification Track offers these same six courses as the Master's Certificate Track, but also adds a seventh course into our program, PMP® Examination Preparation, presented for those seeking to take PMI's PMP certification exam. This course reviews all materials presented in the program through a series of sample exams and instructor explanations of correct answers.
The most comprehensive track, the Advanced Track, includes the six core classes in the Master's Certificate Track, the PMP Examination Preparation course, as well as three advanced courses: IT Project Management, Managing Multiple Projects, and Turning Around Problem Projects. The advanced courses assume that participants are knowledgeable in project management principles and techniques addressed in the Master's Certificate in Project Management Program.
The Advanced Mini Track includes the the following three advanced courses: IT Project Management, Managing Multiple Projects, and Turning Around Problem Projects. The advanced courses assume that participants are knowledgeable in project management principles and techniques addressed in the Master's Certificate in Project Management Program.
