3. Project Team Members - To perform their role on the project team effectively, 
    Project team members need to understand how to carry out activities such as 
    the design of work breakdown structures and the analysis of estimates and project 
    risks. 
4. Ongoing support - Once staff has been trained, organizations must provide 
    ongoing project management support. The time and type of support varies 
    based on the experience levels of the existing project managers.
