Business Analysis

The University of Pittsburgh's Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, Center for Executive Education and PMCentersUSA have joined together to deliver a comprehensive business analysis course. The program contributes to success of a Business Analyst and prepares individuals for the International Institute of Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and Certified Competency in Business Analysis (CCBATM) certification examinations.

Our BA training is designed to meet the standards established by the IIBA®, as well as to transfer knowledge and develop skills in the BA discipline. This courseware was created to be compliant with the latest edition of the IIBA's Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Version 2.0), as well as prepares individuals with knowledge and course credits for the IIBA professional certification examinations.

 5-Day Business Analysis Training - As an accelerated alternative, this bootcamp-style program allows individuals to receive a faster rate of knowledge transfer as well as enough credits to sit for the CBAP Certification Examination.

 2-Day Business Analysis Certification Exam Preparation - This course provides an intensive review of the subject matter tested on the International Institute of Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP and Certified Competency in Business Analysis CCBA certification examinations.  This course will help you improve your test-taking skills by completing a sample exam of 200 questions and discussing the theory behind both correct and incorrect answers.  This class is specifically designed to maximize the probability that you will succeed in passing the exam on the first try.
