PMP Examination Preparation
Preparation to Take the Project Management Institute’s PMP or CAPM Certification Examination

This two-day program provides an intensive review of the subject matter tested on the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) examinations. You will improve your test-taking skills by completing a sample examination of 200 questions and by discussing the rationale behind both correct and incorrect answers. The program is specifically designed to maximize the probability that you will succeed in passing the examination the first time. Each student will receive handout material, the sample examination questions, and a copy of the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to The Project Management Body of Knowledge.
