PMCentersUSA understands the needs of executives and their company and has created a packaged service that addresses the organizations needs ont just the project managers. The packaged service is described below:

Project Management Quick Start Packaged Solutions

This packaged service is designed to provide a comprehensive, cost effective means to develop an organizational core competency in Project Management.

  • Executives:  The senior leadership team of the organization must be committed and willing to champion the effort. This development will require a minimum of 4-8 hours of on-site training.
  • Project Managers: Project Managers must develop modern Project Management skills focusing on industry standardized project management philosophies, methodologies and tools to successfully deliver the vision of the organization. This development requires 14 business days of training. The training is broken into seven, two-day sessions, delivered over a 4-month period, that also prepare individuals for the Project Management Institute's professional certification examination.
  • Project Team Members: Project team members need to understand how to effectively perform their role on the project team. At a minimum, they will be required to understand how to complete a work breakdown, and perform estimation and risk analysis. This development requires one day of on-site team member training.
  • Ongoing support: Once the staff has been trained, it is key to provide ongoing support. The amount of time required varies based on the experience levels of the existing project managers
