About course

This two-day course provides an extensive review of the subject matter tested on the PMI® PMP® and CAPM® examinations and is specifically designed to maximize the probability of success in passing the certification examination the first time. The 5 project management process groups and 10 knowledge areas from the PMBOK® Guide, Sixth Edition will be covered comprehensively. In addition, attendees will improve their test-taking skills by completing 200 practice questions and by discussing the rationale behind both correct and incorrect answers in class. Each student will receive a hard copy manual, which includes an additional 200 sample examination questions for use during self-study.
