The Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is recognized as a measure of competency for project management. This 5-day on-site course enables you to learn how to successfully implement the principles and best practices of project management in your project environment, while preparing for the Project Management Institute (PMI)® PMP® certification. Important interpersonal skills needed by effective Project Managers, such as leadership and communication, are also covered. This course emphasizes all process groups and knowledge areas from the A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Sixth Edition and meets PMI®’s educational requirement for taking the PMP® exam. This comprehensive instructor-led Boot Camp course includes 31 distinct project management topics, each one followed by a 10-question review test, resulting in more than 300 practice questions.  The final day of the course includes a 200-question practice exam, along with in-class discussion on the rationale behind both correct and incorrect answers. Successfully completing this course will provide you with the knowledge and techniques needed to obtain PMP® certification, based on the PMI® PMP® exam available prior to July 1, 2020, along with best practices that can be applied to your projects.
