About course

This 35-hour (5 day) live instructor-led course, created by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, is designed to advance project management skills and prepare exam candidates to take the updated Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam being offered as of January 2, 2021.  This revised exam material focuses on situational project management and the principles and philosophy of the profession. It contains five modules that immerse students in real-world scenarios, representing various industries and project management situations to help students practice applying principles and concepts at work. This course will focus students' existing Project Management knowledge and prepare them for the content they will encounter on the PMP® exam.
