Business analysis is the discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Proper application of business analysis dramatically increases the chances of successfully completing and correctly engineering the most difficult component of a project – the requirements.

This three-day course focuses on the application of business analysis on projects and is designed around all of the knowledge areas identified by the IIBA as Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, Elicitation, Requirements Management & Communication, Enterprise Analysis, Requirements Analysis and Solution Assessment & Validation.  This course will prepare you to immediately start implementing the principles and techniques of Business Analysis in your business and work environment.
