About course

This course provides a brief overview on the fundamentals of project management by following a case study from project initiation to completion. The case study provides attendees the opportunity to prepare key project management documents including a project charter, work breakdown structure, schedule and risk register. This course will start with a discussion on key project management definitions, knowledge areas, lifecycle models and processes.
